Refund Policy

At Whole Health IQ, LLC, we are committed to providing quality wellness consultations and services. We understand that sometimes, things don’t go as planned. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund and the process for requesting one.

1. Consultations and Services

1.1. No Refunds for Completed Services

Once a consultation or service has been completed, no refunds will be issued. By booking our services, you agree to this condition.

1.2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

    •    Client-Initiated Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, you may do so at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund or to reschedule without penalty.


    •    Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not be eligible for a refund, and any rescheduling will be subject to a 50% rebooking fee.


    •    No Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will not receive a refund or credit for future services.

1.3. Service Provider-Initiated Cancellations

If Whole Health IQ needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.

2. Products and Digital Goods

2.1. Physical Products

    •    If Whole Health IQ offers physical products (such as wellness kits), returns and refunds will be accepted only for unused and unopened products within 14 days of purchase.

The client is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.


    •    To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@wholehealthiq.com with your order number and details of the issue.

2.2. Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital goods (such as downloadable materials or online courses), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

3. Packages and Memberships

If you have purchased a service package or membership:

    •    Refunds for Unused Services: Refunds for unused portions of service packages or memberships may be requested within 30 days of purchase. The refund will be prorated based on the services already rendered.


    •    Non-Refundable Membership Fees: Membership fees, once paid, are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the membership terms.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

    1.    Email us at admin@wholehealthiq.com with your order or booking details.
    2.    Provide a reason for the refund request.
    3.    If eligible, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy

Whole Health IQ, LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Effective Date.” It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
